After you have registered, and we have a completed profile
we will contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail
and to answer any questions or offer any advice.
Most of our candidates are in their mid-twenties,
thirties and fourties, some are older, married and have
raised their own children.
We represent the most professional, experienced and loyal staff one can find.
All candidates must have a minimum four years of experience at the
position they are applying for. All candidates that come through Elite
Domestic Agency are U.S. citizens or are legally authorized to work in
the United States. All of our candidates use English fluently as a native or
as a second language. A large number of our applicants have a university
degree or minimally they are high school graduates.
On average a household employee will work eight to ten hours per
day although this is negotiable and should be agreed before
commencement of employment.
The majority of our clientele is residing in Holmby Hills,
Beverly Hills and Bel Air. We often find placements also in Westwood, Century City,
Brentwood, Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, Hancock Park,
Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Palos Verdes,
Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach.
We also serve some areas of the San Fernando Valley and Malibu.

Over the years, the word of mouth has been proven to be the most effective search tool. We receive most of our best candidates through referrals. This gives us the ability to represent the most impressive candidates. It usually takes 1-3 weeks, depending on your schedule. It's best to start the process about 3 weeks before you actually need somebody to begin working with you. After reviewing your needs, we will start presenting prospective candidates for you to interview. We encourage you strongly that once you've met someone you are interested in, it is important to let her and us know you're interested. Otherwise our candidate might be hired by someone else in the meantime. The checking process begins with an extensive face to face interview at our Los Angeles office where all candidates are evaluated. All references are contacted and verified prior to presentation.
